Welcome to Paintless DR Mobile. By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, or hiring us for paintless dent repair (PDR) or vehicle hail damage restoration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Paintless DR Mobile ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for dent removal or insurance coordination, you represent that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or have explicit authorization from the owner to contract for repairs.

2. Scope of Services & Estimates

We provide mobile, on-site paintless dent repair (PDR) services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

• Initial digital estimates provided based on photos uploaded to our site or texted to our technicians are provisional and subject to physical verification under professional LED lighting boards.
• We reserve the right to decline repair projects that are deemed structurally unsafe, where original paint is already cracked/chipped, or where metal is too heavily stretched.

3. Texas Insurance Claims & Deductibles

When we assist you in coordinating vehicle hail damage restoration with your auto insurance adjuster, you agree to provide complete and accurate policy details.

State Law Compliance Warning: Under Texas House Bill 2102, it is a Class A misdemeanor for a contractor to waive, absorb, or promise to pay a client's insurance deductible. We strictly comply with Texas state law, and all clients are legally required to pay their deductibles in full. We will invoice your insurance carrier for the approved repair costs and coordinate directly with them.

4. Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

We take pride in our master-craftsmanship. All PDR services performed by Paintless DR Mobile are backed by a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty:

• We guarantee that the massaged metal panels will never warp, shrink, or have dents reappear for as long as you own or lease the vehicle.
• This warranty applies strictly to workmanship and the metal memory restoration. It does not cover subsequent dent damage, scratching, or collision events.
• This warranty is non-transferable to subsequent vehicle owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Paintless DR Mobile, its owners, or subcontractors be liable for pre-existing vehicle damage, mechanical failures, structural fatigue, or electrical issues not directly resulting from the paintless dent removal process. We exercise maximum care when gaining backside access to vehicle panels (e.g., removing trim, headliners, or lights) and restore all components to factory positions upon completion.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Johnson County or Tarrant County, Texas.
